I'll get by with a little help from my friends!

I have three children who I adore and a gorgeous husband.

My mum encouraged me to do a typing course when I was in the sixth-form for which I am eternally grateful. I was bought a sewing machine for my 18^th birthday which I continue to use to help make curtains or any soft furnishing that we need in the house.

I have worked as a secretary for Nicholas Parsons and did quite a lot of sewing work for Nerys Hughes (she is SO adorable!). I have worked stacking shelves in a supermarket, worked as a home typist when my children were babies.

I love growing vegetables but I’m not very good at it. I really enjoy cooking and particularly love baking with my daughter. I LOVE walking and my dearest wish is to walk from Land’s End to John O’Groats giving singing workshops along the way - possibly in my 50^th year which is not very far away!
